Shots Maker provides a subscription-based service that allows users to create realistic images of garments on fashion models using AI technology.

Shots Maker offers various subscription plans with different levels of service.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

Shots Maker offers a no-questions-asked 7-day refund policy, providing full refunds of the subscription amount paid, with the following restrictions:

• Refunds will only be given to each user once. If a user has already received a refund, they are not eligible for another.
• Refund requests are only accepted from users who have created less than 5 photos.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Shots Maker the rights to use it for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to use Shots Maker for any unlawful purposes or activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Misusing the AI technology to create offensive or inappropriate content.

All content, software, and technology provided by Shots Maker are the property of Shots Maker and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Shots Maker reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

Shots Maker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Shots Maker may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
